The dandelion-black soyabean powder is suitable for longtime consumption to nourish the nutrients for the liver system!
1.) dry dandelion leaves (and flowers)
2.) fry black soyabeans without any fat until you smell the bean emit some good fragrance
3.) then add the dried dandelion plants in equal quantity, fry it while stirring for about 15 min with middle heat
4.) put it to cool
5.) immediately blend (your blender should have an ice crush function!)
6.) use a filter if nessecary and blend the coarse fibre two times again to powder
7.) store it in airtight vessels
8.) eat it like mushroom powder (pure or mixed in cereal, rice, soup or whatever you like), start with one tea spoon and increase gradually to two table spoons daily
