This is a warming powder which is good for everybody with cold in his lower body, for ex. woman with a cold womb.
Cold in lower body can cause period cramps, stomach ache or cramps in legs and feet.
ingredients:
45% dried yarrow 45% mung beans 10% dried turmeric roots
1.) fry the mung beans without any fat until you smell a pleasant odour
2.) add yarrow and turmeric and fry it together with bung beans for about 10 minutes
3.) let it cool down and put it into a blender with ice crush function
5.) blend it to powder
6.) use a filter if nessecary and blend the coarse fibre several times again
7.) fill the powder in an airtight vessel for storage
The powder is durable for about 6 month. Please combine the intake always with RG/GL. You can add it to your veggie soup, rice, porridge, cereal, yoghurt… whatever you like. Increase your intake gradually to 2 table spoons every day.
