In Asia people increase the effectiveness of taking in mushrooms with certain Chinese herbs. These are not common in other parts of the world. Therefore we use special vegetable soups to strengthen our body systems.
Please, thoroughly wash the following vegetables and cut them into cubes or slices:
100 g leek 100 g tomato 50 g dates 30 g fresh ginger unpeeled
Put all cut up vegetables in a pot, add 500 cc (about 2 cups) of water, (the veggies should be just covered with water) and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes with slightly opened lid, until the liquid is reduced to 200 cc (about 3/4 of a cup).
After 30 minutes simmering, pour the liquid through a strainer. The veggies will be disposed of.
Store the soup in a closed glass bottle in the refrigerator. It will stay good for about 14 days.
You should drink 200 cc (2/3 of a cup) of this "vegetable broth" on a daily basis mixed with RG/GL. The daily portion of soup needs to be reheated every time.
