In Asia people increase the effectiveness of taking in mushrooms with certain chinese herbs. These are not common in other parts of the world. Therefore we use special veggie soups to strengthen our body systems.
Please wash the following veggies thoroughly and slice it into small pieces:
20 cm leek 50 g ginger (about 8 cm) unpeeled one big tomato 6 dates or one little red sweet apple (if it is waxed, put it into hot water and rub it thoroughly) for some minutes
Then put all sliced veggies in a pan, add 500 cc water (the veggies should be covered with water about 1 cm) and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid.
After 30 minutes pour the liquid through a strainer.
You can boil the veggies a second time with 500 cc water. Afterwards the veggies will be disposed.
Store the soup in a closed glass bottle in refrigerator. It is durable for about 14 days.
You should drink 100 to 200 cc of this "veggie water" on a daily basis with 1 to 3 pairs of RG/GL mixed in hot liquid. The daily soup portion needs to be reheated every day.
