109. Exo-illness, feverish, chills, strong thirst and asking for water, stomach bloated, this is liver wood system reverse attack on lung metal system, treat with acupuncture on Qimen point. If after treating, sweat is induced, urination is smooth, it mean the congestion in the liver system is relieved, the illness will be recovered soon.

Note: Liver system illness normally is in intero-yang system. However, in this article it indicate the syndrome of exogenous liver problem, which happen together with lung exogenous illness. Stomach bloating and thirst is exo-liver syndrome, fever and chill are exo-lung syndrome.
