92. The patient is feverish, headache, but the pulse is deep instead of float, after treating the exo-syndrome, the body remain painful and the pulse turn deep, the disease has advanced into endo-yin, then we may apply Si Ni tang for treatment.

Note: When there is water congestion in the body, some times it lead to deep pulse. For exo-yin syndrome, normally we treat with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin tang. However, after treatment the illness is not cured, even the body is painful indicate exo-syndrome still persist, but the deep pulse indicate cold water congestion in the stomach system, then we should treat the endo-ying using the Si Ni tang.
