90. If both exo-yang and endo-yang illness happen simultaneously, by right should induce sweating to treat the exo yang first, but wrongly apply purging to treat the endo yang, this is wrong treatment. For endo-yang illness by right should purge first but induce the sweat instead, this is wrong treatment.

Note: For sweating and purge, there is a fixed rule that if exo-yang like clear urine, headache, body pain and endo-yang like constipation, high fever, delirium, we should always induce sweat to treat the exo-yang first. When it is only endo-yang, should only purge and do not induce sweat.
