82. We should further diagnose is the patient weak in energy until difficult to move around, mentally disturbed and vertigo, weak in waist and knee, then this is deficient in kidney yang, we should use warm herbs like Ganjiang and Fuzi to boost the energy and Fuling to induce urination, not induce the sweat by Guizhi tang or worst in this case, Mahuang tang. Zhenwu tang is very famous for this syndrome.
