100g red beet 100g fresh organic red grapes (or 20g dried) 100g fresh tumeric root (or 20g dried) 50g fresh galangal root (oder 10g dried) 50g dates 30g black soya beans 30g black sesame 20g dried kornelian cherries (or 10g dried red roses) please mix RG/GL or mushroom powder in the clear soup, drink every day 200cc warm!
Slice the fresh ingredients, cover it with water, boil it for 30 min with slightly opened lid. Pour it through a filter. For longterm using you can boil the ingredients a second time.
